‘4C-alerts’ is a revolutionary web service that proactively updates clients with the very latest changes as featured in GB’s new Lifestage database 4C-UK. The first of many new Lifestage databases to be featured within 4C-UK is property search data sourced exclusively from a range of partners involved in the final stages of property conveyancing.
About Pre Home Mover data
Property searches are undertaken during the final stages of the completion process. GB and its partners have validated the accuracy of the ‘4C-UK’ data service to 80% by:
- Analysis of pre-home move database against number of new mortgages granted and recorded by the British Bankers Association (May’05 – May’06)
- Matches against ‘Properties Sold’ as recorded by the Land Registry (March’05 – March’06)

This study was undertaken using the TNS Omnibus among a representative sample of 2,107 adults in Great Britain between the 3rd and 7th February 2006. All data discussed in the above announcement is based on the opinions of those surveyed.
